You're over eighteen. You can arrange therapy yourself. You don't need your folks to do it. Find a counseling center that's local, call them up and explain that you need to speak to someone.

I don't have an opportunity anytime in the near future. Work eats up my days.

I need to go bowling is what I need. That always tends to help me out. But I haven't been able to go in a few weeks since they keep scheduling me in the morning on Sundays which is when we normally go.
