it's 18 in the provinces of Quebec and Alberta. The latter also has the age requirement for a basic driving learner's permit set at 14. not sure about others since i only know of Alberta's due to relatives out there

One thing in particular I remember coming out in '94 is Sonic 3. One of my absolute favorite games of all time.
