Playing System Shock 2 with a keyboard and mouse is gonna take a lot of getting used to.

I just wish my wrists would stop hurting after playing it for a mere 5 minutes.

Wear a carpal tunnel brace while playing.  It keeps your wrists straight.

I don't have to wear one while typing, as I don't move my wrists when I type.  I type with two fingers and "hover" over the keyboard, so the most I get is tennis elbow from repetitive elbow movements.
