That's when it all started--when that admin and another found out that I was going to San Francisco and they were not.

The thing is, I have a very large topic to write up concerning that trip, and that admin is making it very difficult for me to want to write it.  I'm almost afraid to say anything because he and our other BC have a history of outright banning other admins for no real legitimate reason.

One banning occurred because one of our admins was on active duty in Afghanistan.

Me and several other admins.  The abuse from Tope has only gotten worse since San Francisco.  Culator has been pretty decent about it, but Tope is being downright nasty.

And he's targeting me because I'm on IRC all the time.  I'm an easy and readily-available target.  I've been keeping tabs on it, showing it to Wikia staff, and logging it here and elsewhere, though.

Therapists do not prescribe pills.  Counselors and therapists lack doctorates and are not licensed medical doctors.  They can suggest seeing a psychiatrist, but they themselves cannot prescribe medication.

Psychiatrists prescribe medication, as they are licensed medical doctors.  Some psychiatrists can provide the services of a psychologist, but most do not.  Some even have particularly bad bedside manner.  But, their job is to prescribe medication.  Visits with a psychiatrist usually last about fifteen minutes.

Yeah, I'm seeing a therapist right now. Works wonders.

Definitely recommend seeing a therapist over a psychiatrist/psychologist.

Actually the truth is that I don't think I'd make that good of one. Mind you, I can read people extremely well, but my problem is that I have to care if they get better or not. I have problems doing that!

It's technically both. But it's a different form of attachment. I think what they mean is romantically or friendship-y even. But therapists, from what I understand, have to want their patients to improve. At least I've always thought so.
