My sibs and I used to watch shows like Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab, and many other classics all the time after school, way back when. We loved them.

So when I see something like that coming back as a [tornado fang]ing comic, it is quite literally a slap to my childhood.

Shouldn't you be more glad to get SOME kind of continuation?

As long as the comic will be good (and you can't know it'll be bad, because it's not out yet, right?) I don't think it's that big of a deal.

All of us shared inside jokes about some of the shows we watched, and we usually watched them together. Sure, I'm glad to know they still remember Samurai Jack existed, but curling up on the couch and anticipating the next episode to air was kinda our routine after school.

Reading it as a comic would take away the feels of watching it. Tartakovsky's magic works best as animation, not static images slapped on paper.

I mean, I guess I'll end up reading it at some point. I'm just spoiled with nostalgia; something I know you're all familiar with.
