My pectorals are feeling the strain.  You want to build those up?  Pushups and breaststrokes are great for it.  Find yourself a good pool (or a swimming hole with a good current for an endless swim) and start swimming.

That swimming hole in Mountain Creek was absolutely great.  Good depth, nice width, good current for endless swim, and it has a submerged ledge that you can jump off of.  You can also ride over the falls and downstream.

Can't really swim that good to do that, I tried learning how to swim but I'm very craptacular at it, it's why I prefer the mountains over the beach.  Though I'm still going to the anime club beach trip at the beginning of August anyway.

Need to get a new swim suit since my other ones don't really help my you know what.

I almost lost my top a few times.  I need a better top with better straps.  My current one needs constant adjusting and if I'm dealing with strong creek current... yeah.

Something that even bothers to hold onto whatever chest I possess.  My current one, like I said, needs constant adjustment and a good current would take it off.  It needs elastic around the chest, not a crappy string that I can't awkwardly tie around my back tight enough.

Finally!  Mabel's eating her new cat food!  I just had to mix it with her old stuff and pretty much wean her on the new food.

I just finished the GWT, ugh I can see why it's a waste of time and why my brother's college abolished it.

Graduate Writing Test, Aka see if you can write at least 10 coherent sentences according to the proctor who gave the test after we had to wait half an hour for the other proctors to find the dumbass who didn't follow the proper sign up procedure.

Ah.  Never took it.  If I did, it was crammed into the entrance exam.

Yeah it was made in the 70's and everyone of at least Jr standing or has taken more than 90 units and less than 120 units have to take it.  It costs about $30 and until you sign up for it they place a hold on registering for classes.  But it's still a waste of time and money and like I said my brother's college thought the same so they don't require it anymore.

Generally, I score quite highly on composition tests, until my dialect starts hanging around like an unwelcome relative.

Yeah I usually consistently get the B grade on stuff like that so I should be okay.

Time to start my laundry.  I got a roll of quarters earlier.

I forgot how energetic toy poodles are, I'm surprised that my cousin's one week old baby can sleep through that.

Made some butter noodles with a pack of stir-fry noodles I had.  They turned out decent, which is to be expected, as it's pretty hard to screw up something as easy as butter noodles.

I think I might try to make that chili this week.  Though I need a crockpot, I never made chili with a good old fashion dutch oven.

I should get the ingredients to make crockpot chili sometime.  I could make it extra spicy.

Yeah crock pot chili is awesome, I made some for a chemistry class potluck on the last day of my senior year of high school.
