It has an internal battery that takes over when there is not a sufficient main battery. Might even be a (super?)capacitor. Your best bet is to either light it on fire, or just buy a new main battery for it.

Maintenance has to fix it, landlord said so.  Housing regulations prohibits me from outright destroying the damn thing just to get it to shut up.  I'll put in another maintenance request tomorrow.

I'm about to beat Zelda 2.

Meaning that I'll have beaten every Zelda game.

And fulfilling my resolution to do that before the end of the year.

I just beat Link Between Worlds. I don't think I've been this satisfied with a game in a very long time, it just works so well, people say the item-renting thing was not a good idea but honestly it made the game basically a sandbox, you could practically go anywhere you wanted right away and there was no real order to doing things save for like two dungeons. Hell I got all the item upgrades and stuff too. I don't know what goes in that very last slot though. Is there a fifth bottle or something?

So other than the two DS games, Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess, Wind Waker and those spin-offs and non-canon games I've beaten most of the zelda games.

Those headphones are for when I travel and such. I do not exactly like wearing them when I sleep or while walking around my house.

And I'm now listening to soundtrack from Adventures of Batman & Robin (SNES).
This soundtrack kicks [tornado fang]ing ass.
Not only do they use some cues from the tv show itself (Like batman's theme, which technically originates from the movies but whatever), but they also [tornado fang]ing are generally speaking kickass compositions.
