It carried and I saved.  Prof. Hypno is infected a second time.  I may have not saved the last time, for all I know, or I misread the screen while switching and thought he was infected.

If this happens again, I'll use my Tropius carrier.  That one is a guaranteed infection.

I also have a Hypno carrier, a Koffing carrier, and a few other carriers.  I was testing the Gallade's strain, as the Tropius strain only lasts a day.

Okay, to get decent stuff at the Battle Maison, do you have to buy everything there and it'll cycle to the next batch of stuff, like Ability Capsules and such?  Or do you need to battle to get a certain rank?

Not as far as I know. Each attendant sells a different category of stuff.

Ability capsule is at the bottom of the battle items shop list, on the right(?) attendant inside?

On the topic of maison though, I should clear super single. Mostly M-Beedrill destroyed single, but super has my team (M-Beedrill Steelix Chandelure) stuck around 10 matches, haha.

The contents of the shops in the Maison don't change. You just need to get enough BP to buy it, an Ability Capsule costs 200 BP.  Also there's like 2 or 3 clerks so you need to find which one has it.

If you have the BP, you can buy anything.

... Like the [tornado fang]ing TMs in XY.

The Ablity Capsule is the most expensive by the way.

Oops, forgot to mention that the Capsule only switches between the Pokemon's normal Abilities. You cannot switch to its Hidden Ability.

Yeah it seems to be the only place you can get those items unless you wanted to try you luck at those mini games on the Global Link, which is totally unreliable and the chance of getting them are slim.  So yeah buying those there is kind of worth it.
