Well I got Max Style now, seeing as it now cost $90k Poke dollars for the 3-Star Restaurant instead of $100k, but I need to double check my O-Powers. I think I got most of them already, but I haven't checked the South Boulevard area yet.

How much does it cost once it's max?

I did the Poke Ball trick and bought 200 Premier Balls, one at a time. Unless it was more than that.

I see, and I already see it as $10,000 for the Venusaurite. Do the stones cycle around or can you just buy one of them as a one-time thing?

Not sure, as the guy only offers the Blastoisenite to me.  Might be based on what you chose as your second starter and may cycle after you buy one.  That's my guess and I'm probably wrong.
