Hmm I'm considering running Mega Gengar and switch between that and Mega Aerodactyl.  It would help with Dragons since it gets Dazzling Gleam.

I need to get a hold of Alakazamite for Runaway.  I must see his badass beard and SPOONS!

Just need to find the damn stone, first.

Protoman Blues

It's in the Reflecting Cave between 8-9PM real time.

Quickman

Ah, okay.  Thanks!  Runaway will be thrilled.

Sakura Leic

What exactly do I need to do to upgrade my Mega Ring?
Current playthrough: Chrono Trigger and God Eater Ressurection

Quickman

Wait, it needs to be upgraded?  Is there a limit to Mega Stones?

Protoman Blues

Go to Kiloude City and battle your rival again (which you can do everyday). After you do so, he/she will give you Absolite and a message to get your Pokebutt to Anistar City to talk with the Prof. After talking with him in front of the sundial, he'll upgrade your ring and tell you that the Mega Stones will glow between 8-9PM real time.

Ah okay I'll get to that when I'm done training, I need to get my Heracross up to level 46 to learn Megahorn and then breed it with Karrablast so it can learn Mega Horn.  This is seriously the first time I'm breeding for Egg Moves.

I never really did it before, but breeding is really easy & convenient in this game. It was nice of them to put a long path right by the fuckfarm. XD

I use Cyllage City myself, or spin around the fountain in the other town because I love the Roller Skates.

I just bike back and forth along the path, because it's right there!  8)

So, how long generally does it take for an egg to hatch?  I have several I need to hatch.

Protoman Blues

Not terribly long. It goes faster if you have a Pokemon that has the ability Flame Body in your party, nuzzling against your egg. Talonflame has wuv'd my babies!  8D

Quickman

None of mine, currently, have that ability.  I'll need to check the box.

First order of business, though, is to go beat my rival tomorrow (not tonight, got a terrible headache that gets worse with each coughing fit), upgrade my Mega Ring, and get Runaway his rock.

Dammit, brain, stop trying to force me to word it as "get Runaway's rocks off," sicko brain!

Depends on the Pokemon, even with Talonflame I feel that Aerodactyls take forever to hatch.  Ghastleys however are lightning quick.

Magma Armor also works to make Eggs hatch faster as well.

Protoman Blues

If you want, Quickie, I can breed you a Magby. He has Flame Body, and will help!

Plus, Magmar is awesome!  8D

Sure, I'll take a Magby.  Its name?  Hot Stuff.

And earlier, as I was backtracking to the empty cave with Earthquake in it, I once again happened upon trainers I haven't fought.  As I shake my head sadly at the thorough and swift and downright murderous defeat I will deal as they send out a level 4 Pikachu, I say, "Mewtwo, I think we got this one in the bag.  What do you think?"

Mewtwo seems curious about Trak's Bag...

...that's not what I meant.

Sakura Leic

My Mienfoo is so adorable.  Also I haven't come up with names for my Pokemon yet.
Current playthrough: Chrono Trigger and God Eater Ressurection

Quickman

Mewtwo is the only one I didn't name.  I decided last minute to let him keep his name, rather than name him Cherenkov.

Sakura Leic

My problem is that so far my Pokemon are female, even my Aerodactyl.
Current playthrough: Chrono Trigger and God Eater Ressurection

Quickman

Most of mine are male.  I generally name them regardless of gender, but I try to make an effort here and there.  Got lazy with the umpteenth Weedle I caught and named it Apis florea

A few were named by Ringman, and some got lazy names based on some characteristic.  Male and female Sliggoo?  Slimer and Brain Slug.  Hariyama?  Sumo Slappa.  Got Cthulhu Mythos references, Star Wars references, a Trevenant named Treebeard, a Noctowl named Bubo, and a host of whatever other crazy names I could come up with.

And I'm still trying to think of more.

Haven't caught one yet, but I know already what I'd call it: Old One

I wonder how Runaway will feel about me dropping him off at the daycare with his new mate, Norma Rae...  Will he like her?  Or will he merely mate just to appease me because he knows I'm after an egg?  Sadly, I doubt any female Abra I catch will ever be the perfect mate for him.

And is it just me, or does an Alakazam sound like it's blowing its nose?
