I could do the DMing.  I'm thinking of using Dungeon Plungin' rules for it, because they're easy to convert.  Everything aside from the plot and character actions are randomly generated.

Though, I'm debating on using Wally or Obie (the translucent glowing shiny).  Obie would be very useful in caves.

As I was curious I check if Pokemon could be Shiny in the Mystery Dungeon series and other than a plot Celebi and Ho-Oh there are none.  Not surprised really.  But eh I say Wally would make more sense since you can use a Fire, Electric type or whatever else for caves.

Wally's also a shiny.  I has two.

And even if they games don't have shinies doesn't mean we can't have shinies.

Fully aware he was shiny, like I said it was more of a curiousity.  Besides he'll be plot important not an NPC so he can be shiny.

I never played the MD pokemon games what would I need to know?

They are roguelike dungeon crawlers with random map generation.  Characters have to be fed. 

If you've played any roguelike, the mechanics are pretty much the same (toned down for a younger audience).

As for the lore usually the Protagonist is a Human that has turned into a Pokemon, meets a Pokemon that will become their partner, and they join a Guild that does things from odd jobs to rescuing other Pokemon.  Eventually weird [parasitic bomb] and disasters happen and the reason the Protagonist turns into a Pokemon is revealed to prevent that disaster.

Something like that.

Ah I forgot since Ralts are practically defenseless when they are born Sakura is going to have to lend Blue some TMs for the Ralts.

Just Growl, and as spoilers the Ralts will probably start as an Egg that Sakura's Gardevoir laid after doing stuff with Zeta's Gallade.  Hench why I can give it to Blue whenever you want.

Ringman's sending me some RP systems that he thinks will work for a Mystery Dungeon RP.  It's like what I planned to do, but with less numbers to worry about.  There will be some checks and balances in place, and the veto system from the Mana Verse.  Once I get that stuff, I'll drop it into the General RP thread.

He's thinking of joining in, but he works late and a lot.  He doesn't have a whole lot of time and can really only post on the weekends.

If we do a Mystery Dungeon RP, there wouldn't be any Trainers, so you'd be the Pokemon.

You talking about Mystery Dungeon?  If you are then no you're a human who turned into a Pokemon, so in essence you are a Pokemon.  In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon the Human is transported to a World with only Pokemon.  Guess I should have mentioned that.

For our RP, we don't even need to include the human-transformed-into-a-Pokemon element.  Just have Pokemon.
