(So yeah even a Newtype can't handle the System. Though Quarte has never been confirmed to be one he might as well be close enough to one in the Wing Universe.)

(Doesn't help that there aren't really Newtypes outside of the Original Series before SEED Coordinators who are kind of similar, right? How long had Quarte's parents/ancestors been living in space again?)

(Nah. It's not like Fxeni ever saw the Sakura Wing Zero before, he's just going off his knowledge of Gundam.

Again, character knowledge =/= our knowledge.

Also, PB's post for the Deathscythe was that it was a perfect recreation, so it would stand to reason that all the other ones would be too. The Wing Gundam could've been modified to be remove the ZERO System.)

"Lots of Flamethrowers. The defense has been upgraded; more armour, bigger shield... which is good, because it's still melee based as far as I can tell. Not sure the flamethrowers will be much use in space though," Fxeni said as he dropped back to the floor of the hangar.

(Yeah admittedly I stopped Wing at the point Quatre's Dad died, but I'll get back to it. That crazy laugh Quatre had really creeped me out, not as much as Lady Une's split personality though.
