Mega Man X anime ideas.

If Mega Man X were an anime, who would be the studio to do the job, and would they expand on the Day of Sigma OVA if they did? I don't think IHX2 won't be happening anytime soon, and after knowing that most Mega Man X anime often ended up in cutscenes, and the success of other Mega Man-related cartoons and anime, I bet it can handle it's own as an anime.

We already had some sort of surfer voice with Lucas Gilbertson, so Brooklyn Zero would be possible.  Though honestly Axl should be the one with a Brooklyn accent.

Before someone posts Rockman Holic/X4: yes, those kicked ass too, but I'm in love with the retro art style going on in X3's intro. I really want to see that show.

Well, they were milking X3 at the time, almost as freakishly similar to what happened with Battle Network 3, as I always thought that this was made to be an anime OP, given the way it was handled compared to X4, which had an entirely different anime genre in mind. But it was dumbed down to PSX OP.

That opening is baaaad. Unfitting music, and shitty animation.

X4 was much better. Sure the music didn't fit that much (This is actually one of the times where I prefer the english op music), but at least it could be called animation.

You know what I am pissed about? That they never ported Rockman & Forte to PSX/Saturn and gave it an animated opening.

I think that the English OP for X3 is better than the Japanese one, i also think that the music on the Jap OP just doesnt fit it. Same goes for X4, i love the music on the English OP.

Well, [tornado fang] you too, Tron! I love Shibuya's work. The English OP's decent for a generic rock intro, but it doesn't have nearly as much soul as One More Time. Whether or not the latter fits with Mega Man X doesn't register as much as how bland the former is in comparison.

Even the sound effects aren't as cool. The European surrogates just don't beat those classic Gundam sounds.

X4 and X5 English OPs, on the other hand? Way more competent. Makenai ai somethin or other fits the action much less than One More Time does, and unfortunately there isn't much action to speak of in X5's intro.

I love One More Time, it's one of my favorite Megaman X OPs.  I also like X4's OP but I felt it would have fit a shoujo anime better, though my favorite X OP is X8's Wild Fang.  Speaking of which I think that Wild Fang could be a opening to the anime, and for some reason I think if you put it with the X3 OP it will sync up.

Gotta say that Showtaro Morikubo "Moonlight" from X6 is my favorite.
