Am I forgetting any?

Also, what's your favorite of these? :D

Ice Wall (MM&B) - floats
Wave Burner (MM&B) - no fire, but shoots a heat wave that damages enemies and moves spikes around
Oil Slider (Powered Up) - glob floats, you may jump on the oil to slide across water surfaces
Fire Storm (Powered Up) - doesn't work at all, Fire Man loses the ability to shoot
Fire Wave (X1/MHX) - doesn't work at all
Speed Burner (X2) - no fire effect, you can see the naked torpedoes
Bubble Splash (X2) - bubbles travel higher, X jumps higher when charged
Frost Shield (X3) - bigger shot, charged creates a block/platform that floats

Aren't there any in the Zero/ZX series? I don't play those games much. :\

It's been far too long for me to recall any secondary effects in the Zero series. (Not to mention I sucked too bad at it to get any EX Moves/Chips. ::))  Never played either ZX game...  Kind of wonder if there's underwater weapon effects in the DASH series, though.  And I think there was a single underwater level in Rockman EXE Transmission or Rockman EXE WS?  Maybe not. (But why not?)

Model L in ZX had an ability that created an ice platform. It think it was Vent's ability only though. Correct me if I'm wrong.

As for ZXA, well you could only properly use Chronoforce underwater besides his time slowing ability. And Model L was still in ZXA. I think Ashe had the ice platform ability. I never played her, really.

Correct me if I'm wrong on either account.

As for the Zero games, After finishing Zero Collection on the DS recently, I'm pretty sure that there wasn't anything that had any kind of special effect while underwater.

For ZX, the ice platform is for both Aile and Vent using Model LX when fully charged.
Up + full charge creates the ice dragon for both Aile and Vent.

As for ZXA, Ashe in A-Trans Model L can create a spiked ice block, which can split in 4 ice shards forward when slashed by Ashe.
Grey's version is the ice dragon.

Thanks. It's been a while since I played either, so my memory was a little hazy. I knew though that only Grey could use the Ice Dragon but that's all that I was certain of.

In the context of special weapons with unique color arrangements. I guess that's just the kind of insanity I expect to see when I'm here?

The only pool of water in X4 is in Jet Stingray's room, and I think there aren't even any different jump physics there. Frost Tower just sinks.

Funny how the only actual underwater stage in X4-X8 is Duff's...

To add to the list, the Aqua Blaster (MML2) just shoots out harmless bubbles when underwater.  Granted, it's not that much more useful on dry land, but it does have a different visual effect.
