I would say this game is much faster paced, it's developed by another company than Technos after all.
It has a lot of cheesy 80s vibes and catch phrases, but that's a positive addition to the game, since it makes the game funny too. The mixtapes system added to the game makes both Bimmy
and Jimmy stronger by upgrading them with mythril at a tape smith and collecting more tapes from enemies or a shop. You have 10 different Stance upgrades and 10 Sosetsitsu moves to perform. There are a new set of weapons but some returning weapons too. It's a different take on the series, and it handles the core gameplay so well.
Overall it's a fun experience, specially if you like Double Dragon and 80s humor in general. ^^;
