"PB's Love Hotel"

-In the wake of a sudden gap in history(and everyone's memory) as a result of a Deus Ex, Flame was left thinking he was going to establish a sex shack branch in the territory just past the badlands. He did not remember WHY he was going to, but he felt it would be better if he went along with it anyway. He found a spot that he seemed to be drawn to put his establishment on for some unknown reason. With PB's approval, the spot was built into PB's Love hotel, an independent branch of the Sex Shack franchise popularized RPMwide by Its charismatic and egotistical founder, PB.
The building's two towers were made into into luscious hotel rooms, complete with every sex need. From Hot cider to chocolate syrup. However, the main point of fame, was the "PB's exclusive Sex Shack deluxe suite", which was, a large room behind the Thundercats logo. the entirety of the floor behind the logo is one gigantic suite, exclusive, and with extra S-Cans aside from the standard E-Can. It's not cheap, but any customer who has stayed there has been said to go on to have super successful lives...
With the introduction of this symbolic Thundercats symbol adorned establishment, the hate and chaos from the badlands subsided, and was instead replaced, with satisfaction, calm, and SEXCELENCE.

Just put it where the death shack used to be. (because Flame funded the death shack, unknowingly, he was going to remodel it. now that it was deus exed, he feels drawn to that empty spot of land for some reason.
