i mean you can't even give us Great Ace Attorney you can at least give us AA6 as a physical real tangible thing.

I personally don't care if it is a digital or physical release. In fact digital is better for me. I don't have to cart around disks/carts with a system.

I'd prefer physical but this is not the first time I've wound up going digital on my 3DS for a retail game.  Promotions, sales, etc.

Nintendo is still very behind with digital content despite them now trying to push it more, so that means you would have to buy it again.  The NNID is locked to the system if I remember correctly and you must do a system transfer in order to use your NNID and in turn your Micro SD card with your games without having to repurchase them.

So if something happens to the hardware or you lose your console you're [tornado fang]'d.
