How come Mega Man doesn't copy their weapon? Was he just not feeling it?

Their conversation shows that they were the originals (possibly broken out of the robot museum), so there's no reason that he couldn't. But I guess it's Mega Man's choice (technically, I guess there just wasn't a place for it in the game).

The robot museum does not contain originals. There's more than one Flame Man, for example.

That was just an assumption after there were 3 broken capsules there (one being Guts Man). It might have something to do with memory chips, but who knows.

And Flame, I want to know if there's an actual explanation for this.
