eBay is full of those, btw. If the seller asks you to return it before refunding, just say you had it "destroyed", unless you want to get in trouble for mailing counterfeit goods.

The Nintendo Logo is wrong.
The fonts on the label are wrong.
The label isn't shiny.

The only thing correct is the Pokemon logo.
