Then there's Robot Jones, Bender Bending Rodriguez (he has a surname!), and other robots who act like humans in many ways *coughreploidscough*. Forgetting a few others though that have a very human AI (not sure if Courage's smartass PC is a unique case here).

Apparently the three-issue miniseries is available for the iPad; since I don't have an iPad, I'll have to hope The Deep might have it somewhere in their long boxes. (I did have the Cyberplasm game when I was a little kid; never could make it across the street, because IIRC I never realized that, upon death, you have to manually reload the game)
