Know what would be great? some kinda adapter so you could fit a WM+ on a nunchuck and replace the Sword + Shield + Items formula with the portable titles' Left/Right Hand formula.

I made it so instead of assuming the background is white and adding darkness, it assumed the background is dark and adds whiteness. Also, what I was testing was the use of color. In the past I have discarded color. It's hard to have the alpha channel controlling lightness(value) and still have the color because I have to find a way to discard Value in the picture, but keep the color.

Two examples(one example?) of the difference between adding black and adding white.

Now that I think about it, your avatar looks a bit better on a white background.
It's a cool effect on a black background too though.

I think the issue at the time was, if I did do it with a white base and let the darkness of the forum fill in the blacks, I would have a box of white. And since I was just gonna color cycle it, it'd be kinda meaningless because the Forum background would play almost no role.

No color.
