Just me popping in here for a moment to share an interesting find.

http://www.nationstates.net

At this site, you can set up your own nation with a custom flag, name, and money. More privileges such as the leader's name get unlocked as your population grows.
Also, every day you can get a max of 2 national issues to tackle, and whichever stance you choose influences your place's laws.

And yes, I did set up my own nation:

Huh this seems interesting.

Also I hate to be the one to say this but while you were gone Sparkvania was destroyed.

Man, Nationstates has been around forever.
