So, ladies and gentlemen. This is a thread for Legend of the Legendary Heroes (Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu) anime/novels (though I haven't read anything of them).

Since the anime concluded recently, I decided to finish it, and god damn was it satisfying.
Shame that it probably will never get a second season... since Japan loves their moeblobs more.

If you haven't watched it yet, go do it. If you did, post your opinion in this thread.

For those who didn't watch it yet, here's a quick description of the show:

It's basically Slayers + 76% more srs bsns + fantasy politics + Fukuyama Jun as the main chara + Ferris + DANGO.

It's like Slayers, huh? Hmmm.. Slayers is the top of my anime list, so I might have to check it out.

I've heard of this. Seen some intrigue towards it and what have you... you approve? Like slayers but more srs? OK. I'm sold.

Gonna make sure I do the right thing and actually watch it instead of pretending to watch it.

This is a show that could have been a lot better, looking back.

I did enjoy it at times, however.

its up there as Dai Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu
yea but pretty much nothing translated so far
or at least not up on the site

A bit of first volume of Dai is translated.
I read some of it, the translation is kinda meh.
Dai takes place after the ending of season one, so...

yea well i'd like to start with the first series anyway in order to read all the left out stuff
also 1 chapter doesn't really help anyway xD
