it shouldnt have interrupted. agreed.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

If we're talking about night time music now, let me just put in my two cents and say that Spagonia (Rooftop Run Zone) Night is one of the godliest songs on the OST. Something about the accordion and where they used it really made the song for me. XD

I think all the night time stage songs are pretty damn good. There's something about Adabat's that's just so wonderful, especially given how fantastic that level looks. The others all try for a 9pm to midnight feel. This one is right at sunset. Shamar's is the least fitting, but that doesn't make it any less awesome. To me, the song much more fits a swanky casino level. Also, Empire City night. Listen in about 1:25. I love the bass line that starts there since it really stands out, never mind the whole song just reeks of big metropolitan life, with 1920s era twist to it.

I still have yet to hear the Empire City & Savannah Citadel themes since I haven't found all of the songs ripped yet. Still though, this soundtrack is in the upper echelons of video games imo.

Well, there are rips circulating of the songs, but I suggest waiting until the OST comes out and it's leaked by Sonic Retro or Shadow of a Hedgehog later this month.

Not likely. But then again, people do [sonic slicer] about the werehog being too slow. But on a third turnover, we now get people bitching Sonic's too fast, so really... [tornado fang] people.

I lol'd at this, man!

All this talk of the 360/PS3 version makes me want to go out and buy a 360/Ps3 just for this game... Too bad I don't have any money....

The PS3 version runs at 60FPS, but the framerate dips are more noticeable. The 360 version runs at 30FPS, so the dips aren't as noticeable, outside of a handful of areas and Adabat Day 1.

360 Sounds better right there, why is is so hard for them to make the game decent for the PS3? (Sonic '06 Comes to mind...)

so the 360 has the lower framerate?
I thought something bout it was off.
:P
mm... also, the funiest thing happened in the Spagonia hub... I was bouncing off or people, (which  is very fun, )
and I tried to homing attack the old man near the university, and follow up with a stomp, only to stay stuck in mid air and then "land" about a foot (technically speaking IRL, it would be a foot between Sonic and the old man) above hos head. and I just stood there, standing in mid air. when I jumped,  the falling frame kinda stuck for a bit, then I landed. very funny. but I had other things to do, so I got off the air and went somewhere.

Lower, but at least it is more consistent than the PS3 from what I've heard.

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

question: Is there supposed to be 2 Savannah Citadel 3's?

those 2 extra stages that are accessible in those two trees? both pf the lottle markers on the warp are "3" although when the info for the stage pops up, it does say its "2"

Oooh, that. No, those aren't act markers. That's the minimum level your sun and moon gauges (top right corner) need to be to enter that level. Obviously, sun is for daylight stages and moon for night stages.

Oh. :P I was begging to feel special. thinking I had some rare flawed copy. oh well.
anyway, anyone actually pay attention to what the big billboards over the highways in Empire City Day stage 1 say?(like, in the begging of the daytime stage 1)  lol'd quite hard. the street names on them are all Cameos. Chao garden, Rouge av. Shadow av(more like lethal highway mirite?) even E 123 Omega.

Told you it'd happen almost immediately.

Let me tell you, some of the tracks have new arrangements, like Jungle Joyride Night... and those arrangements made the in-game ones sound so crap in comparison. Other than that, it's your standard OST.

Get it while it's hot

Booklet scans are included too for the art whores.
