Very rarely does a comic book game come out with large amounts of awesome in it. They mainly fail, as we all know but I've always had a liking for the Spider-Man games (Except for SPiderman 3 the game. THAT was terrible.) But it seems like they've outdone themselves. Thankfully. :D

Spider-man 2099, Spider-Man Noir, The Amazing Spider-Man, and The Ultimate Spider-man. It could only get better if they had the Animated Spectacular Spider-Man. Or Spider-Ham. Either way, the combat looks fluid, the movements look to be Spidey's nice and fluid movements, and apparently all four have their own fighting style's in the game (Which makes sense, they do fight very differently.)

I will now translate all I feel into fanboy talk: OMG-FA-NNNL!

Interesting that they used USM Spidey with the symbiote of all things, considering he only had it for one night.  Although I suppose without it, he would be exactly like ASM Spidey.

I like that they got all the different people who voice acted as him in the more recent shows to do the voices here. That said, I'll reserve my judgment on the game itself for when it comes out. It's looking good so far, though.

2099 Spidey? Niice. I'll wait though (I don't like perma-black suit spidey, an alternate reality spidey if he hadn't given up the suit, it kinda feels like an odd choice to me, it's why I don't kinda like it).

And maybe, comic book games are coming out of thier shell?  XD

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

That's my favorite part as well.

Which is why it's pretty cool that they've included alternate costumes for them. Like the Iron-Spider, Armored Spider-man and Manga-Spider-man so far.

You forgot Ben Reilly Spider from the Clone Saga.

This game looks pretty good, but I'm honestly vary. Four different kinds of gameplay can be really tricky to implement.

...plus, I really hope there's a Spider-Ham universe cameo besides the one in the intro.

In order to show my appectation here's a karaoke:

Spider-Man, Spider-Man;
does whatever a spider can
spins a web, any size;
catching thieves just like flies
look out here comes the Spider-Man

Is he strong? Listen, bud;
He's got radioactive blood
Can he swing from a thread?
Take a look overhead
Hey there! There goes the Spider-Man

In the ??? of night;
At the scene of a crime
Like a streak of light;
he arrives just in time

Spider-Man, Spider-Man;
Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man
wealth and fame, he's ignored;
action is his reward
to him, life is a great big bang-up
whenever there's a hang-up
you'll find the Spider-Man

A bit of boss gameplay. The nible dodge feature is just what they needed. Seriously. This really throws me back to the old days of reading 2099. Hopefully, they'll have Miguel yell "SHOCK!"

Scorpion 2099? That's a little bit unexpected. He seems more deadly and dangerous than Amazing Scorpion.

My eyes popped out of my head at Sandman in that one. :O

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPAaYvL5Vpw

And the intro to the game and some gameplay as well. I am glad that Spider-Ham got his apperance. XD There was also Spider-Girl in Madam Webb's visions. Needless to say though, I am most excited to play as 2099. Namely to slam it to Alchemix. Ultimate's freak-out over the black suit was highly enjoyable for some reason. Noir's steath looks pretty cool too. Being able to pull someone into the shadows, pound them and web them to the wall is so tempting.

If this game fails, I'll be upset.  -u-'

It's just so awesome to hear all the old voices of Spider-Man's animated incarnations back to doing the voices for this game. Again, fantastic fantastic idea. Also, the game looks pretty sweet thus far.

Who's voicing which Spider-Man?

Neil Patrick Harris (MTV's Spider-Man) is voicing Amazing Spidey
Josh Keaton (Spectacular Spider-Man) is voicing Ultimate Spidey
Dan Gilvezan (Spider-Man & his Amazing Friends) is voicing Spidey 2099
Christopher Daniel Barnes (Spider-Man 90's) is voicing Noir Spidey

How in the world could you mistake Stan Lee's voice? >_>

Josh Keaton (Spectacular Spider-Man) is voicing Ultimate Spidey

Which reminds me that a 3rd season of The Spectacular Spider-Man won't be made... Seriously, THE best Spider-Man cartoon of all time, if not the best Marvel cartoon.
