Sakura was watching the situation at court and didn't like it.

"Dammit what the hell is going on, why was the video corrupted?" Sakura bit her lip.

"Perhaps someone altered it?" N pondered.

"Maybe but it was confiscated by....the police." Sakura trailed off.

"You don't think..." N started.

"I don't know, but I wouldn't put it past her." Sakura sighed as she pulled out a walky talky "Hades can you hear me, I need you, Rush, and Mr. Spook and Pyro to concentrate on that bitchy Jenny.  I don't want think she would go this low just to have Mewtwo killed but she may have tampered the video."

Meanwhile in court Hades was attached to Domino's shadow as she sat in the courtroom.  While everyone legs was watching Wily freak out he quickly attached himself to Officer Jenny.  He began to lower her body temperature slightly and quickly licked her leg.

(If anyone else has any idea what a Gengar can do let me know, Bulbapedia didn't give me a good assessment.)

[Dr. Wily II]

Payne smirked.

"Unaltered? Are you saying that court evidence has been tempered with? DO YOU REALLY KNOW THE IMPLICATIONS OF WHAT YOU JUST SAID!? And you said YOUR computer. I could say the same that THAT has been tampered with too!!"

Dr. Wily II had since sat down into the witness stand, gasping for air.

As for Officer Jenny, she was smirking a bit as well, it seemed that what she did earlier in the day had helped the cause, although... There is a weird feeling coming from her leg. She shook her head, and decided to ignore it.

(Hmm, you could try that, and maybe she'll turn into a spirit-taker. LOL)

(The problem is that I'm not sure what a Gengar can actually do, I know it can fly and I know it can cause nightmares but I don't know what else a Gengar can do without being seen.)

Domino glanced at her phone as it dinged.  She checked it, reviewed the attachment, and then stood, speaking loudly and clearly.  "Your Honor!  I may be able to shed light on this, if I may!"

Mewtwo watched, stunned, as Domino stepped forward, holding her smartphone and speaking.

"Your Honor, my name is Dominique Harvey, AKA Domino, AKA Harley, AKA the Black Tulip, AKA Elite Agent 009 of the Team Rocket Combat Unit," she rattled off her credentials in rapid-fire as she approached the stand.  "I graduated with high honors from the Celadon City ROTC, graduated top of my class from the Team Rocket Training Academy in Viridian City, I have a Masters in General Medicine, with a Minor in Veterinary Science."  She swallowed down her resolve, knowing full well that her job was history the second she spoke. "And I have with me archival footage from Mr. Fuji's journals concerning the Mewtwo Project, which I would like to submit to Evidence."

From the prosecution table, Giovanni shot her a venomous glare. "You are finished."

[Sakura Leic]

"Damn that Domino chick may have some questionable morals, but she has some big balls too." Sakura stated wide eye.

"I'm amazed by her credentials." N blurted.

"If only she worked in Geology or Thermodynamics maybe she could figure out a way to calm Mt. Chimney." Sakura sighed.

"Well I don't think she's going to keep her job as a Rocket, perhaps she can work for Professor Birch in Hoenn?" N asked.

"Maybe but that's up to the both of them." Sakura stated seriously thinking about it.

[Dr. Wily II]

Payne jumped at the sudden appearance of Domino. Turning to check on Giovanni, he saw that Giovanni was pissed. VERY pissed. That archival footage was the key.

Strike two.

Another heartburn began to bubble up, as another flock of hair separated from his ever-balding head. Dabbling his forehead, Payne spook up.

"Y-Your Honour!! We have rules and regulations when it comes to submitting evidence! W-We can't just accept any new evidence just because people asked to!"

Over at the witness stand, Dr. Wily II looked up, dazed. Hearing Mr. Fuji's name seemed to have stirred something within, and he managed to calm down a bit.

(The problem is that I'm not sure what a Gengar can actually do, I know it can fly and I know it can cause nightmares but I don't know what else a Gengar can do without being seen.)

(Well, Gengar are known to hide inside people's shadows, to play pranks, and steal lifeforce, so...)

"Okay Hades start slowly stealing the Jenny's life force, but don't be too quick just enough that she starts getting weaker mentally, we need to expose that rat.  This way she should be more susceptible to Rush's illusions, see if Mr. Spook can do something else to make her crack." Sakura ordered.

"Are you sure this is okay?" N asked.

"That Jenny has been obstructing justice, she needs to learn that her job, which should be helping people, should be way above her selfish whims and search for the truth rather than be blinded by her bias." Sakura said seriously.

"I think I understand how you feel." N said looking down as he remembered who he used to be, a tool for his father's ambition and blinded by his lies and conditioning.

Meanwhile in court

Hades got the orders and very slowly started to steal her life force.

[Dr. Wily II]

Officer Jenny was stunned at Domino's appearance as well, however, she suddenly felt a bit light-headed. Wanting to stand up, she pushed her chair back, but stopped mid-way. There's this sense of serene filtering through the courtroom, and she felt... Happy.

[Quickman]

(Zombie-ing the Judge.)

The Judge considered the request for a very long moment.  "And where did you get this footage?"

Domino approached the stand. "Archival records that were kept in our headquarters.  Policy demands that for all offsite projects, that we receive backup copies at our main headquarters.  This footage was retained after the lab's destruction."  She handed her phone to the Judge.  "You can have your techs check the metadata.  The timestamps should check out, and I can have the Mewtwo Project records surrendered at my earliest convenience."

She could practically feel Giovanni breathing down her neck.  Already, she was formulating her latest undercover plans. "Blaine, Wily, and Fuji all kept video records of their projects, so if you need further corroboration, I can access Blaine's records and have them sent here.  We may also have copies of Wily's records, though I would need to search for those.  After the lab's destruction, the surviving scientific team was disbanded and many went into hiding, taking as many of their files with them as they could.  We've lost contact with Fuji and Blaine, and I can provide you with those records as well."

Since she was losing her job, may as well go all in or go home.  Domino turned around and threw a knowing look to James.  She was officially in his league, now.

Meanwhile, Giovanni was positively seething in rage.

The Judge looked over the footage, stroking his beard.  "Very well, then, I will allow it."  He glanced up and motioned for one of the techs to play the video.  "Hook this up to your film doohickey."

The tech nodded and took the phone, going over to the desk and transferring the data to his computer in order to play the video.

Domino subconsciously rubbed at her chest and found an empty seat.  She let out a long, cleansing breath, as that was the hardest thing she had ever done in a very long time.

(Unlikely heroine indeed. )

A turnabout that I didn't even have to help with? This is a refreshing change of pace... Phoenix thought to himself.

As the video played, Domino narrated.  "There's the lab, and the cloning tanks, with Mewtwo's in the middle.  Beside it, is Blaine, with the sunglasses and mustache.  On his right is Fuji, and on the other side of the tank is Wily.  Giovanni will enter on the left."  She paused to allow the video to catch up.  The video progressed to show Giovanni storming in and engaging in an argument with the scientists.  He eventually shoved them aside and stormed to a table and picked up a vial.

"Those were the anabolic steroids that Giovanni ordered," Domino nodded. "They were sent directly to the lab, and we received a copy of the invoice and shipping confirmation.  And there, he's withdrawing the dosage he determined and... injecting it.  That catheter was a central line, implanted in one of Mewtwo's major blood vessels."

She stood and addressed the court. "Giovanni doesn't have any medical or pharmacological training, yet he determined the dosage.  He was informed of the side effects and the effects the steroids would have on Mewtwo's developing brain and body.  Yet, he determined the dosage off of something he heard floating around in other circles.  The dosage, when it was inputted into record, was shown to be double the amount that would normally be considered for Mewtwo's body weight."

"Today!" Giovanni snapped, standing.  "You are unemployed TO-DAY!"

(Damn, I missed a lot just by going to bed. @_@ Welp, time to make Rush go over the top in only Jenny, Giovanni, and maybe Payne's eyes.)

Rush, cloaked in his illusions, glared at the prosecution. He knew good and well that the officer Jenny that was present had tampered with the evidence. Fortunately for Mewtwo, Domino seemed to decide her conscience (or, at least the money that was spent creating Mewtwo) was far more important than keeping her job and brought up the missing footage. However, that didn't let Jenny off the hook. She would be his first victim, as the zoroark spread his arms and started weaving his illusion.

(By the way, I forgot, which Jenny was this again?)

(Okay, and this next part is only for Jenny's eyes.)

The room started to dim, a spotlight being put on Jenny as the room seemed to quiet down around her. "Officer Jenny of Vermillion City!" A voice, sounding like the Judge's, boomed, the Judge turning to face Jenny with glowing eyes. "Ye know you tampered with the original footage!" His voice boomed before going right back to what he was doing with everything going right back to what was happening before things dimmed.
