Played some more Contra Rebirth, then decided to go back to Contra III on Hard... man, the thing is absolutely brutal when you're rusty. I beat it, but several parts owned me hard.

Since the Wii is ready, I might as well fire up some MadWorld or REmake.

Odin Sphere: Gotten the false ending on purpose.  That final battle is dreamy...once you get to the top and after that, it just feels right; Fighting to the end (considering I used Mercedes, who has 800ish hp >.>''')~ it's...sweet~

If you like the overhead perspective, I strongly suggest you try A Link to the Past (note I've an extreme bias towards SNES games)

Anyways, played ZX & ZXA for the first time last weekend, and beat both of 'em in 2 and a half days (since I need sleep of course). I'm pretty sure my vision has gotten even worse from staring at my DS screen for so long.

The main reason I played them was Aile (particularly that cutscene in ZXA that briefly shows her ass), so yeah, I guess so, besides, my vision probably can't get any worse...

Just got the X-Ray Visor, and now I have to go all the way back to the Phazon Mines, which is a pain in the ass since even if I try to use a "shortcut", it's still going to require a fair bit of walking >_>
