Yeah. So, basically, I need to get off my ass and learn Japanese so instead being all, "Battle Network 6! YAY MISSING CONTENT!" I can be all, "EXE6! YAY FULL CONTENT!" Right?
Well yeah,that would be most ideal, but learning Japanese for a native English speaker can be a difficult task. It's not like French,Italian,German,Spanish,etc. Just learning japanese to play Rockman EXE 6, you would REALLY want to play the game or find a better reason to learn. Oh, you weren't serious? I'm not really sure about all the details of the Graveyard, but there's no crossover battles in the US version without some MAJOR hacking involved. Megarock.exe shows what's left of the US crossover in this gruesome video:

Remind me again why this was cut?
Well, because Boktai's sales were low in the US. They didn't release the 3rd game in the US because of it, IIRC. Capcom decided to cut the content out because it was related to Boktai. I'm not sure, but I think you would've had to have Boktai 3 to crossover in BN6 anway.
