MK reflected the sonic boom back and added his own. With a blinding speed (helped by a stepsword) he gets to Crusader before the sonic booms do and slashes at him, and then gets out of the way before the other attacks arrive.

Crusader lifted a cross from the ground and threw it at MK. It stuck to him and slowly sucked on his energy.

In the midst of the tourney grounds, an inconspicuously placed camera with robotic, spidery legs watches everyone and everything. Watching the video feed is an unknown person, speaking from a... bell jar?

"For something so inimical to the very existence of the net, it's taking an awful long time for it to be used. Perhaps people aren't so reckless after all... Maybe this Tryn fellow needs a little push."

Its eye blinked slowly.

The ninja scientist finished the programming and set it down when the kid wasn't looking. He vanished without a trace.

"Hey Ninja, are you-" Sean started, turning back only to discover the scientist gone. He quickly picked his laptop back up and going through to see what he did.

[Mirby]

Taylor was awakening from a short nap and opened her eyes to see... her father?

"Hey honey, I got that data back from that Sean kid... I used an offshoot of it to repair his Navi, but the original data is all there inside your PET where it should be! Love ya, kiddo. Later!" Suddenly he was gone. Taylor rubbed her eyes, wondering if it was all a dream... and resumed the nap.

[Solar]

Crusader lifted a cross from the ground and threw it at MK. It stuck to him and slowly sucked on his energy.

MK grabbed the cross as fast as he could before it could drain much of his energy.

"This is not good,I'm getting tired already" thought Tai.

The cross feasibly dissipated, Crusader grabbed two more, which he attacked MK with.

MK parried the crosses with ease, and rushed at Crusader while a clone attacked from behind with his sword without Crusader noticing.

A cross blocked the way of the soldier, as it sucked on it's energy, and in turn the real one's. Crusader slowly turned around and stabbed him with the cross.

"Cheap tactics!"

[Solar]

"Says the guy that used a dark chip," said MK as he made his clone disappear.

"Lets see how you like having your strategy used against you. ZapRing3, slot-in!"

MK then shot a paralizing ring at Crusader at point blank range, preventing him from dodging.

"And now, Poltergeist, slot-in!" When the chip activated, all of the crosses in the field started levitating and quickly went in Crusader's direction who was now paralized.

[Black Mage J]

"Only once, honestly." Crusader stood there as the glowing crosses started to merge. They all combined with his sword, becoming twice as large, the features now more chiseled and a golden light coming from the top of the hilt.

"I thank you for speeding up the process, Mirror Knight."

Might we have a roll call or something so we can take into account who is still active in this RP, maybe so some items may be retconned and we can then move on?

Or if that's not a bright idea, then I dunno...]]

[I think all the important people are still active. It's just that this RP gets forgotten from time to time.]

[I'm actually waiting for the tournament to be over so I can see if the ninja scientist made any upgrades to Chainsawman, or simply ironed out the bugs.]

[Lessee.... he repaired him and upgraded him to level 2. Granted, WombatMan's at level 2 as well.]

"Well, I guess this is it."

"Yeah, but if we ever meet him again it will be much different," said Tai and MK with a smile while looking at Crusader.

Crusader stabbed MK and the battle ended

"Moving onward. Who must we battle?"
"Wombatman"
"Very well!"

[Just as planned... MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA]

"Who's the next poor sap?" WombatMan growled.

"Crusader..."

"Awesome!"

Tryn set himself on the finals tent where a crowd had gathered as he set himself on the stage.

"Wheres this little girl?"
"You sound like an old man, m'lord."
"Well I have the knowledge of one."
"And the crazyness."

He plugged Crusader in and awaited his opponent.

[Mirby]

From across the tent, a voice yelled. "PLUG IN! WOMBATMAN! EXECUTE!" A beam of light shot out, and WombatMan appeared on-screen. "Like it? Wireless terminal. My father installed it for me!" Taylor said as she approached the podium.

"How convenient."

Crusader worked his power on the field as he vanished from vision.

"Keep up with us!" Tryn smirked as he bled from his last battle.

[Mirby]

"Like that could stop us!" Taylor slotted in the True Form Navi Chip. "WOMBATMAN! TRUE FORM!" WombatMan metamorphosed and gained increased abilities. He proceeded to change the power balance on the net.

[Let's bring in some Cross Fusion here for a truly epic final battle here!]

[Wait, is cross fusion the cyber dome with human gaining navi powers or the navi gaining another navi's power?]

"The net seems too flimsy for us, how about battling here? Dimensional area field, activate!" He took out a reciever as drills emerged from the ground that created as field around the park area. Tryn tossed Talyn a cross fusion battlechip.
