I would shell out for one for 5GB, if I didn't have one already.

April Fools prank

How shocking! How unexpected! How derp.
Though, I'm amused that some people cared so much.

H: The best thing about making things in Game Maker is that it co-operates with the tiling so the colors of the stage can be adjusted simply by recolor the designated tile. This is a WIP fan project. As for why I said the PSP as the system, GBA is dead and it was really too late to set up the DS version of the prank in time. My idea for the DS/DSi prank was to have a narrower + dual screen display.

One screen would have had the gameplay. If I decided the bottom then the top screen would have a graphical display of the weapon in use and a meter to show how much is left as an energy bar there so it won't obstruct any views. If gameplay was the bottom screen, I'd have a touch screen with the weapons where you could touch it to switch to it. I should've planned ahead even further so I settled for PSP.

What a terrible April Fools joke, neither exciting nor amusing.
Really?
Its only the 21st of March still... :\

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

These pictures aren't supposed to be shown for another 11 days but oh well.
the key to an April Fools prank is to set up ahead of time to make it more believable.  >0<

Really?

It was too obvious.

I  guess on the 1st it would have been too obvious huh.

The screens could have been colored better.  But the joke's too obvious ... and similar jokes have been done by RMPM too often in the past.

Shoulda gone for a faked video of gameplay or a fake advertisement with fake gameplay.  Videos are always more convincing than still screens.

RPM is smalltime when it comes to April Fools jokes.

I still laugh at that "LOL SONIC XTREME RELEASE LOOK EVEN THE GUY WHO WORKED ON IT CONFIRMS IT" done by drx and other guys from Cult.

Whole [tornado fang]ing community believed them and then raged upon finding out that it's a hoax.

Good times.

I just think that the jokes could be a little better if they were different.  You gotta up the ante a bit.

If she had made this a video, using the screens from MM Mania as a base, and leaked it onto YouTube instead of here on the forums ... it'd be more impressive.

Oh hell yeah, that was lulz, I heard about that rage. XD

WIP fan project Mr. H? Intresting.

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

From past experience, RPM needs to stay smalltime on April Fools Jokes. The reaction of anger that the last few times have gotten from the general morons is ridiculous on a day meant for joking around and laughing that you got caught. These people, of course, hate to admit they were fooled and must LASH OUT.

People've lashed out terribly at RMPM during April Fool's day.  I can see why modivation would be down.

Although the joke could be different from year to year.

You donĀ“t lash out if something is unfunny, you just ignore it.

You're probably one of the ones who got asspained over it last year, then. I loved last years because it caught me off guard and I laughed it off. It was simply, obviously a fake, but it was enjoyable. If your only method of guarding against April Fools is to become a complete and utter prick, it'd be better off if you just hung out in your closest all day.

Seriously, people like that are better of just ODing on sleeping pills for the day. Or the week.

Speaking of April fools jokes, who saw the recent one? about Roll being a scrapped DLC content for 9?
pretty poorly done joke this time.
http://protodudesrockmancorner.blogspot.com/2010/04/roll-dlc-once-planned-for-mega-man-9.html

I still think the X9 one was best.

Although Sigehiro still beats us all with the ZXE site.

Well, this does seem like a good deal, seeing as Mega Man Mania never got a release.
