Yeah Red Earth/Warzard is one of Capcom's experimental games. It's pretty awesome though.

I was thinking more of a 3D approach when making this, since I find it easier to make 3D models than sprites (I made like... 2 models in my life, but still). So it might be a bit too detailed for a sprite, I don´t really know though.

BTW, What program do you use for modelling? you may have mentioned it somewhere else but I can't remember.

Yep, I think I did. I use 3D Studio Max (whichever version I have at the moment). I should practice some 3D modeling sometime, I haven´t touched the program in a long time.

Well, you won't have any problem finding tutorials for that program (not that you need one). :p
If there were as many tutorials for blender as there are for 3D studio max, I would be a happy lilirulu. and there would probably be more progress on MMB&C2
