Sonic can be anywhere from amazing in the hands of a talented fighter to lulz when facing people who only Super Spin Dash. I think the best Sonic user on RPM is STM at the moment.

Don't get me wrong, there are a nifty set of plays to get the better of Snake players. Lou knows this all too well from prior experiences with my Marth & Lucas.

Also, Lucas is the most underrated character ever. EV-ER.

If we're gonna break down each other's playstyles (something I'd like to do once or twice) Lou, I have to say you are the only person I fight against who can continuously get in hits after you stun me the first time. It just sucks that most of the time I juggle between defense, offense and evasion without any hesitation, otherwise, you'd be my biggest problem Brawler.

I must say your marth is a big problem for me when you play him defensively. It is so hard to get in close.

Funfact just because I like this conversation: most of my counters aren't to hit you so much as to stop Snake's absurd priority. Like I mentioned a few times in the past, I have a very straight forward way of playing that has subtle depth. Things like that are just par for the course.

i must say, I hate Smash Attack spam, but I ADORE Lucas' UpA. Then there the divine flipkick meteor that I had no idea was a meteor until recently, oh and my personal favorite, the PK Love to the ground. Fun stuff, and also Rope Snake grabs.

I don't even use Falco's DAIR Spike as much as I'd like, in fact, I think I rely more on Up+A Smash to do my killing.

...maybe I need to consider using Fox or Lucas.

I was totally think of this just right now. How about this? I play 3 (2 out of 3) matches, Final Destination, and no items. I rank the people by best listing from 1 (Bad) to 10 (He is too hard). Those that are equal to my strength will be categorized as 6. Fair?

Hard to rank people like that. Some characters are just better against other characters. So if you picked your best character if would give you the advantage over whoever uses the character that is weak aganist you.

Indeed, there wouldn't be a ranking. We've attempted to "Tier List" characters, and that went nowhere; why do the same, here, with real people?

You can, however, describe them in general terms; Basic, Expert. Exploits distances. Exploits certain glitches. Exploits mindgames. Exploits priority.
