Okay, so we all knew that Sega was cozy enough with Nintendo for this to happen, but still, Mega Man and Sonic in one game isn't any less mind-blowing.

There is no possible way that Yoshi would NOT be in the game.  Sakurai just seems to like dragging his feet with him (IIRC it took a while before he was shown off for Brawl, too).

That's... odd.  Granted, hedgehogs have claws, so of course Sonic would have fingernails, but yet... it seems so weird.  Even though nails are perfectly normal.

Well, damn near everything has claws or nails.  It's perfectly normal.  Mammals, reptiles, some amphibians, birds...  Sonic is a mammal.  Sonic would have nails.

Which begs the question...

Gamecube through third-party adaptors (That work really well apparently.)

Well, that's true.  It's weird.  But the sheer existence of Sonic's fingernails seem to be a subject of concern and even squick for at least Sakura.

I think it's weird that he has detailed fingers in that shot when I'm used to cartoony gloves that look like they've been there since birth.  Seriously those have to be attached to him.  And also PB's nightmare fuel descriptions and the connection of nighttime Unleash.
