You can't imagine how shocked and delighted me and MegaphilX were when we heard the news. I couldn't get any sleep last night, bad time to learn such exciting news, just before bed.

Do not fear folks, we always anticipated MM10 might come out for real, and we always planned to rename our fangame. Whats intruiging though is the storyline for MM10, I think our fangame will bridge between MM9 and MM10 perfectly (just like Mega Man and Bass with MM8 and MM9).

This has motivated us to get our game finished all the more! This is a really exciting time. I'll definately be attending the Capcom Unity Stream on December 16th, and I'll make sure Phil attends too.

Well if Mega Man 9's time from announcement to release (3 months minus 2 days) we should expect Mega man 10 around March 7th. Which actually kind of makes sense seeing as how Nintendo likes to release stuff on Sundays for some strange reason.
