Requesting a program!

OK, so after dicking around with Windows Live Messenger's "Draw Chat", I have to wonder, are there more full featured programs on the net that allow one to actively draw and have another person either comment on it, instant message another one or join in without being so finicky on the limits? Any help would be appreciated!

If I remember back at Boomansion, they had this okekai chat (LITTERALLY) called Pictochat, it was fun (though the only way to save the images if you have paint open, and press the print screen pic before someone bombed it).  >w<

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.
