3D games that would make kickass 2D platformers

- So many [tornado fang]ing narrow paths with no place to move other than forward or backward.  It might as well be 2D.

I wish they'd use the Justin Bailey approach again.  You know, suitless Samus with an arm cannon.  Just become a mass of hair and leather spinning around a light for Morph Balling, and you're set.

Mirror's Edge would be an awesome 2D game. Oh wait, they already did that.

The PS2 Castlevanias and No More Heroes could work too.
