Wow! That came out lovely! You never cease to amaze me DW.  

Regarding the eyes, I was gonna ask if you can give him a special touch or so seeing as how it is your render,
and I"m happy with the eye colors that you've chosen so it's a keeper.

The jacket actually reminds me of his hair color, especially with the linings. How did you know that?  

Shinobu needs some coloring too! Looking forward to your next masterpiece! =D

THanks. Even though it bled a lot, this type of paper doesn't take marker very well. I was sitting there trying to think between red, green, and blue for his eyes . Then I thought one color for one eye, and since I'm a sucker for complimentary colors (Misae - Orange Hair, Blue outfit. Shinobu - Violet armor with yellow accents) well, there you go.

He seems ready for some ping pong action!

Thank you CX. And yes, Shinobu will get more love eventually. Funny how I wasn't really going to use her as character in the beginning. As for the coat, I didn't want to use gray tones, so I decided on violet blue, navy, and black instead.

Gray tones would of looked bad I think. Very good choice of colors. I like it.

The story behind her Phantom plushie is that when she was reactivated she grew very attached to him. Pretty much wherever he goes in the central tower, Shinobu's tagging after him. So when Phantom has his missions to perform that involves his prescence elsewhere he has to leave her behind. Shinobu, has seperation anxiety pretty bad and her mood is terrible when he's gone. So X, being X, made the plushie for her to help ease that loneliness. What Phantom thinks of a plushie of himself floating around we're not completely sure.

I so need to find the crane game that has those chibi available.

Don´t you remember the last time when you tried to clone something?  You know, the incident with the giant dimension jumping Walrus, the Gundam rabbits and Candle Jack, which led into the 4th crush of RPM which caused the destruction of the internet you had to prevent by traveling back into time and shoot the goldfish of Abe Lincoln! For some reason I do remember it.

That is just adorable.  I like how the markers give the hat a felt texture, it works quite well.

An update finally!

A WIP sketch. In the original story, Shinobu has been destroyed long before Copy X is created. But I decided on a what if picture, and as an excuse to draw what Shinobu would've looked like as an adult, as I imagined she would have her body redesigned to fit her mental state as it developed.
