Mega Man Legends related. Sera and Yuna are Mother Units in Elysium.

Juno was a Bureaucratic Unit and Trigger/Volnutt was a Purifier Unit.

AFAIK, in the Maverick Hunters, he was a B-class Hunter the whole series, aside from CM.
