Dash-double-jumping in a quick motion, repeat with quick reflex once you reach ground or the moving platform in 2nd form.

If you have the buster part that double damage, go for it.

No save states necessary.

Besides, Duwang's Part 4 translation is actually more accurate than the only one for Part 5. It's really not that bad.
