Not really, just a case of "it's not really celebrated around here". Here, the most I've seen done is to allow kids/students to come to school in a costume and the teachers may give out some candy, and the obvious costume parties here and there, don't think I've seen any trick or treating ever.

It's honestly just another day here for the most part.

When your SON was dealing with problems because of his change of address, you never thought to sent them a letter? Or call them? NEVER? In 5 months? One phone call?
