It sucks but it's true, the SB can only reflect those little yellow pellets fired by minor enemies. IIRC the same goes for the Z-Knuckle shields.

I thought that the shield could at least BLOCK some other projectiles WITHOUT reflecting them. Could've sworn I've viewed a hard mode vid of someone using the shield boomerang to block the laser's from Copy X.....

What about the Z Knuckle? Any boss fight it is wildly useful for? I know the Axe is good for the moth, and that the bare knuckle is good for Mandrago, and that you can get some elemental advantages against some bosses, like using the fire sword against Lunawolf. The Drill works great on Weil 1 boss as well.

You can do many interesting things with the Z Knuckle:

- Pull out the first boss's blue cords to make the laser beam smaller
- Pull Mandrago out of the ground (though this might make the fight last longer)
- Pull Kraken out of his hiding attack
- Steal the purple sword from Weil 1
- Destroy the vines at Mandrago's level faster
- Destroy the buried plants at Mandrago's level faster

As for Z Knuckle weapons that work well against bosses:

- Bombs against the first boss
- Elemental attacks for elemental bosses, classic
- Purple sword for Weil 1 or 2

There's probably a ton more. Z Knuckle is an incredible feature.

I feel that keeping the Giant Axe around makes the fight easier.

Since you can only keep one sword at a time, like I said in my first comment, Giant Axe is better. o.o

I don't like it either. It's why I'm moving the clips to the 'tube. Is a slow process.

Also, if I remember, I grabbed Sol Titanion where it hurts at least once..

You have a pretty decent window to pull Kraken, just aim for the ink as soon as it appears.

I remember, you can also use the Z Knuckle to hang from Weil's horn thingy during the final battle to dodge the laser. I guess most people know about this, but I was thrilled when I found it...

Except that it does not provoke a death-inducing bitchslap, which leaves it inferior to Trigger's Lifter.

I just love Z-Knuckle for the Flame Sword. Too bad you can't carry weapons between levels, 'cuz that thing rocks.

Also, if one where to Zknuckle only the game, does every stage have a good grabbable weapon for each boss?
