Indeed.

The Musou series has needed something really to give its battle system a shot in the arm, like a crackhead that needs another hit! So, if they really are basing some inspiration on DMC, well then, that's definitely a great start.

Also, we may not have to wait too long for this game, either. Another report relayed to by a friend of mine states this game may be out as early as February next year. Would certainly end Koei's fiscal year with a nice *HEAD EXPLODES*

This and Sengoku BASARA 3 shall both be mine next year, as soon as they're ripe for the importing!  >0< >0< >0<

Basically, this game is now slated to debut in Japan some time in March 2010. Immediately skyrocketing to my most hyped game for that month!  owob

Only bad thing? KOEI's really asking for Ken's devoted legion to dig deep into their pockets. Game's also stated to be marketed at the price of 8190 yen. 80-90 bucks in USD, basically. And this isn't even for the "Treasure Box" version that this game is likely to have.   8B

Ah well...this and Zangeki no REGINLEIV in Feb are the only games I'm gunning for at the start of the year. Unless Ryu ga Gotoku 4 also shows up....  8)

Well, there's still Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Other M, laying in wait.

Ken's game easily stands to get the "Most Mantastic Award" on lock, though.

I'd play as his horse before Raoh himself. That thing is a warrior.

Story mode is confirmed to go all the way to the final fight with Raoh.
Stages confirmed thus far
- Southern Cross (Shin)
- The Holy Mausoleum (Souther)
- Cassandra Prison (....Weigel/Uighur?)
- Hokuto Dojo (Raoh vs. Ryuuken...?)

We have a definitive date for when Ken and pals are going to invade PS3s and 360s in Japan, now. March 25th.

Additionally, they confirmed that there will be indeed a "Treasure Box". We dunno what's in it yet, but Koei so nicely told us the asking for it already. 13440 yen.  8D
