Since Saban produced the show way back when, Disney had the broadcast and distribution rights to X-Men TAS well before the merger.

At first when I heard about this, I thought it was just some silly jokes. Especially since I've heard it from /co/.
Then suddenly I see it's true, and I am like "WHOA".

Tough, just like it was said already, it does not mean that it's a bad thing. In fact, it just might turn out better than we expected.
