so lets recap the [parasitic bomb] i've either watched or started watching in the last few months.
I watched the first Berzerk film, lots of 3DCG but it kinda works?
I watched Overlord, kinda neat i guess but what was the point of having all those characters if half of em made like one appearance ever. I mean you go through the trouble of having a character who's explicitly a trap but never utilize them? also there was an edgy [sonic slicer] with gold armor, blonde hair and red eyes and watching her die was the single most satisfying thing in that series. Other than that, really went for the MMO kinda setting a dark ages time period with an adventurer's guild with a bar and missions and "You gotta be this rank to do this 'find five bear asses' mission" bullshit that's getting so overdone.
I started Konosuba but immediately dropped it after one episode after it starting to look interesting then pissing away all of its goodwill on a [tornado fang]ing trite MMO-MidEvil setting with a [tornado fang]ing adventurer's guild. And the OP(?) at the end of the first episode (since anime tends to do that recently, kinda annoying to be honest but i guess they have to sucker some fools into thinking its NOT a generic sword/sorcery MMO anime) also had generic color coded mage and cleric and [parasitic bomb] so [tornado fang] that. My friend let slip that Danmachi was also a series in that vein so i'm not even gonna dignify that with a watch at all (And I actually wanted to watch Danmachi too, shame)
I finally finished Dragonball Z, now I get to rewatch it and Dragonball AND all the movies in Japanese, plus the [parasitic bomb] that's only in japanese that i skipped the first time around. Then I can maybe watch Super, or maybe i'll get really really drunk and stagger my way through the fever dream known as GT.
So yeah anime's kinda drying up for me.
