I don't actually own Gmod but I've seen some pretty cool stuff done with it in terms of gamemode. And that Mega Man fangame is really impressive, especially considering it's not even a ROM hack. Good luck with your projects!

Tsun is a shortened version of Tsundere, the Tsun part meaning "Harsh, Irritable" with Dere being the "Warm,Affectionate".
