Rocktunes huh, well I'll see what I can do Im sure I can dig up a thing or 2 what you guys looking for exactly albums or OSTs? I do know of a site that has some of the tunes can't remember what series from but if you want to look for yourselves here is the link for the site http://mmxz.zophar.net. Dunno if the site is still up and running its been a while since I last been on it.

The only thing I wish is that some of the songs were longer (maybe a minute longer or so).

But that goes against my 2-loop policy.

It doesn't look that way. The Title and Shooting Star themes are both streams, while the rest are sequenced midis. >v<

A free rar extractor just get the free edition of Winace from www.winace.com and your all set. I notice there is a request section up there so I'll request "Shall Never Surrender" from Devil May Cry 4 if that is obtainable.
