Well, it has 7 letters. Besides, Tomahawk Man had 8, and it fit in the MM6 stage select.

Edit: It's rather difficult to find some other names ...Let's see...Shred Man?

Edit 2: If that one doesn't work, the only other one that I can think of is "Carni Man", with the first part of the name being a shortened form of the word "carnivore" (which is far too long).
