2. So i cant have those colors? it worked when i played they were just minor recolors because i didnt feel like replacing people

There are several types of bitmap files. This game uses 256-color bitmap; you must've changed it to a 24-bit bmp in order to get more colors; it doesn't like that. Re-download the game and re-extract. Replace the files you edited and it should be fixed.

i have a very good idea: use vixy as spring man!!! the springs can be purple flames! and the arm attack can be change by a big ball with purple fire!!! and she can jump!!! yes i love this idea   (obviously with her permission)

I feel better to just be a player character (or someone on the good side) instead of a boss character tho. ^^;

see the good side: is a evil clone, so we can make a "robotic" look, and you are the only character that fits very good with springman, so you arent the evil in this, the evil is the clone... and the jumping flames create a psychic look,  >W<
after all, vixy bot isnt a bad idea, or another idea: vixy evil sister, yeah

EDIT: here is the clone vixy, i know that she will not appear in the game, but you can modify she a little if you want to create another rpm, i create her a little funny.
