Mod My Rockman! *Spoilers*

I tried making music for my mod, no luck. Geass songs translate into [parasitic bomb] when MiDi-fied, how do I make pttunes again?

Have you tried any to turn MIDIS into full NES songs? try searching MaverickHunterIris on youtube, she's known for that. (she offers a program called GXCC, a MIDI converter)

You misenterpeted there.. How it works, just put a Midi in there, and let it convert the MIDI into a MP3, and, into NES glory.

That or Format Factory.

I finally got around to changing the Weapon Get graphics. It took about an hour and a half tracing the original drawing, recoloring everything and then trying to fix the colors.

I think i came up with an awesome mod. Instead of Mega Man, it's...A PERSONA USER! (lol I P3)

I figured I can take helmetless Mega Man, make it look like normal clothes, and instead of getting powers, he summons or switches with a Persona (i.e. Robot Master)! I can even make the Super Adapter work by just changing around some of the beginning sprites and then leave it alone. Most of the Robot Masters have a walking animation of some sort I can use, and so I can just switch with them, and for the ones that don't, just summon them and have their sprite over the player with them doing the attacks (and the character just acting like normal). I should be able to fit all of them there, they seem to not be too much bigger than Mega Man (though I WILL test this first). Just because I'm nice, I'll even offer to emo/un-emo the main character of P3 (haven't played P4 yet, just 20 days left )

I decided to make a new mod just for the heck of it. Here's a sneakpeek:

"Hey, isn't that Metalman," you might ask. Well, just for the heck of it, let's call her Metaltan.

That's right, I decided to make a "Metalman" (or in this case, Metaltan) mod, seeing as the person who made it before didn't repost it and I was bored. To make Metal thinner than the original boss sprites, I edited Rockman abit. Currently no charge sprites, boss weapons or extra weapons are finished yet, but the main sprites are. And yes, you're throwing Metal Blades (charge it up and you've got energy-covered Metal Blades). Too bad I can't make them aimable.

I used the Metal Blade looking gear from MM9, and recolored it appropriately. ^_^ The life-up was edited from Diggeh's life-ups, and the Wily letters were made by me.[/spoiler]

Managed to sniff this up. Should be useful. It requires purchase, but with a little torrent to bypass it, should be made of win.

EDIT: I might just continue looking for a free Mp3 to MiDi converter, apparently it looks tricky to use.

The guy replacing Slash Man is Null (or Gray Fox...) from Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. I was working on this since 8PM today. It took a while to get his intro stance or whatever the hell you call it before you fight a Robot Master lined up correctly. It looks pretty cool in action. I still need to fix his Charging Attack sprites. They're all misaligned.

I just had a brainstorm on the toilet: a mod where you play as an no-name new member of RPM. Dr. Wily II, working on some random thing, accidentally creates a virus that causes various RPM members to go nuts and start rampaging around the world. It's your job, having joined just after the virus went out so as to be unaffected, to stop the rampaging RPMers... But is it all as it seems?

and there you have it folks. a little bit of my mod...
so far, ive got walking, Dashing, jumping damage and all the firing sprites. now I have to do the  climbing sprites, charging and the weapon recolors...

BTW, Also, im thinking of making all the stages into RPM locations. so, if anyones willing to help out with the little map edits, id appreciate it. especially since I dont really know what the inside of most locations here look like... that should rely on its "builder".

also, does anyone know how to change a midi into a ptt tune file?
