If I had to guess, Id say elemental. Or, merely size+Power/speed differences.

Yea, there will be a mix of both still-images and animated cutscenes. ^^

It was the same in the original version of the game. o.o

It was in the earlier joe+ZERO team up video. He uses it around the 40ish second mark to end his aerial combo.  

ZERO kept stealing the E-CAP before it got to her. IIRC A human will take damage from it, but a robot ends up healing them instead.

Casshern is one thing, but where do Tekkaman and D-Boy fall? Tekkanman I can see, but blade...He's technically not a robot. Just an armored Alien.

Blade just looks /m/, but there's really nothing mechanical. It's just armor. The Twin Blood Special did a good job of showing their designs from the more organic point of view that they are.

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.
